收盘价（Closing Price）指股市收盘价，为当日该证券最后一笔交易前一分钟所有交易的成交量加权平均价（含最后一笔交易）。当日无成交的，以前收盘价为当日收盘价。深市的收盘价通过集合竞价的方式产生。收盘集合竞价不能产生收盘价的，以当日该证券最后一笔交易前一分钟所有交易的成交量加权平均价(含最后一笔交易)为收盘价。当日无成交的，以前一日收盘价为当日收盘价。

收盘价的意义在于，只有收盘价才是赚钱或赔钱的基准。还有另外的一个原因是收盘价距离明天最近。有一种说法：收盘价是市场参与者们所共同认可的价格， 也就是在一天中大家所接受的价格。而最高价是大多数人认为卖出为好的价格，最低价是大多数人认为买进为好的价格，但是是市场参与者所不认可的价格。所以收盘价是不再进行交易的价格。
